Our idea “Origins from Anatolia, taste from Superfoods” gives us the rationale that we supply and export our products in best conditions to our target markets that value great quality foods produced in one of the greatest agricultural regions on earth.
PULSES
We pick our products from the best suppliers of Anatolia who meet all latest standards of hygiene in processing, storage and packing. We select our organic products from producers and processors experienced in organic industry and certified in their respective fields.
As you may know, organic foods business is regulated by relevant certifications and a series of detailed tests and analyses making traceability “farm to fork” possible. For the pulses items we trade in organic foods, we have these products packed, stored and delivered in conditions of maximum hygienic measures as required by organic products trading.
PASTA
We source our entire products in pasta category from production based upon “durum wheat”, the no1 choice of pasta wheat for pasta producers.
50-60% of the daily nutritional needs of an average adult should be provided from carbohydrates, 15-20% from proteins and 30-35% from fats.
100 grams of pasta contain 369 calories and 12.5 grams of protein. A 200 cc glass of pasta (raw), equivalent to 70 grams free from oil, contains 260 calories and 8.7 grams of protein.

OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is the juice extracted from fruits of olive and comes to our table without any treatment. It is actually the juice of the olive. Source of our oil is extracted from the olives picked carefully in the picturesque olive groves of Aegean Turkey. It is cold pressed, keeps it flavours and adds a plethora of flavours to your dishes.
